Recode’s Kevin Roose reports on how to know you’re ready to hire performance coaching as an effective recruitment tool.
The best way to know whether you’re the right fit for a job is to actually hire a candidate.
You should be hiring people who can work on your team’s culture and expectations, Roose says.
Recode Chief Financial Officer Kevin Roose speaks at a tech conference in 2016.
But the best way for you to know who to hire is to do some research.
You can do a Google search for a company’s chief performance officer, for example, and then you can see what people have said about them, Roose writes.
If you find a list of some of the people in the company who have worked with them, you’ll know that this person is the right person for the job.
If you’re in a small company, you might not even know anyone with the right experience to work for you.
But there are people who have done a great job for a large company, Roose explains.
You might be able to identify the people who are the right people to be the right hire.
