The Grammies performers are finally getting back to their pre-Grammys roots.
On Sunday, the Billboard 200 chart showed a number of new releases that have received nominations for Best Male Vocal Performance or Best Female Vocal, and one that did so for Best Alternative Music Performance.
The first installment of the list, Best Alternative Album, was up from its second place position, the previous week.
This week, the best alternative album on the list went to an album that was nominated for Best Music Video.
The nominees for Best Original Song, Best Rap/Sung Collaboration, Best R&B Performance, Best Female Video, and Best R & B Vocal Album are also up from their last places on the chart.
Billboard also named the top-10 new albums in 2018, the Top-20 Albums of 2018, and the top 10 albums of 2019.
The Top 20 Albums for 2019 also includes albums that were nominated for an award earlier this year, like “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers” and “Shit” by Rascal Flatts and Kanye West.
The Billboard 200, based on weekly sales, calculates sales in thousands of units, not just albums.
