The drug maker HalseY and the luxury brand Kies have been targeted with an official complaint filed by a Delhi court in the case of Holley performance enhancers.
The company’s director Kiyet Sahu has been asked to produce the company’s register of operations and documents.
The court, however, said that there was no reason to suspect the company had colluded with any foreign entities.
The court has directed the company to produce its documents.
The Delhi court has also asked HalseYP to produce documents from the company which shows that HalseYR is registered in India.
HalseYP, the world’s largest performance enhancer maker, has been accused by a group of prominent actors, politicians and businesspeople of colluding with the Russian drugmaker Vostok to produce performance enhancing medicines that would be marketed in India for a hefty price.
HalseY has denied any involvement in the alleged conspiracy.
